負けを認める、謝るという行為はプライド削れる。コミュニケーションを道徳文脈で学ぶと、たぶん余計に削れる。「誠意を持って謝りましょう」とか習うと、ダメージ3倍ぐらいになる。

交渉のプロセスとして、条件分岐で「こうなったら頭を下げてごめんなさいという」みたいに、機械的な動作として謝罪を組み込んでおくと、頭下げてもプライド削れない。単なる腰の運動になる。「謝罪の習慣」を本当に根付かせようと思ったら、こういうの大事だと思う。
