計画停電でいつ停電するかが前日にしかわからないのは、1か月前とかに全部の停電計画を発表すると、その地区のマヒする時間が分かってしまって、停電する時間に犯罪が異常に増えるからなんだって。 納得した。 東電さんもがんばっているんだね。
